We clean, test, and repair HVAC systems and flush water heaters to extend the life of all your major appliances. Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits.

Preventative Maintenance Packages: Furnace and AC Tune-Ups

We know how inconvenient it is when your furnace or AC breaks down during the extreme winter and summer temperatures! Full replacement of a furnace and/or AC unit can be costly and time-consuming, leaving you uncomfortable for days and putting a dent in your wallet. But you can keep costs low and avoid system failures with our preventative maintenance package!

Our preventative maintenance package includes 2 tune-ups annually (one for your furnace and one for your air conditioner) to keep your systems in top condition. Our 21-point check maximizes your HVAC system’s performance and makes sure you’re ready for the upcoming season. We will send you a reminder email in the spring and fall to schedule a service. Once we check your system and provide the necessary tune-ups, you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair services your system needs.

Custom Ductwork

When you think of your HVAC system you probably think of your furnace and air conditioner, but ventilation is just as, if not more, important to the overall comfort of your home. Your ductwork distributes the warm air from your furnace and cool air from your air conditioner evenly throughout your home.

So what can go wrong? If ductwork isn’t properly sized for your home and HVAC system, it can cause considerable strain on your HVAC system. Ducts that are too large may not have enough pressure and ducts that are too small may have too much pressure to push the air throughout your home appropriately. In either case, your furnace and air conditioner will have to run more often and work harder to heat and cool your home.
