1x a Year

A/C units are an important component to being comfortable during the summer. We recommend servicing an HVAC system twice a year, once in the spring before utilizing the air conditioning and once in the fall before using the furnace.

Using this service is a benefit because:

Who is the service for?

Every home or business owner; we recommend a service or tune-up just before or during the spring. This way any potential issues are mitigated before the system is turned on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Generally we recommend an air conditioner be serviced once in the spring, before the cooling system is used. An HVAC system should be serviced twice a year once in the spring (before using the air conditioner) and once in the fall (before using the heat).

A/C tune-ups can pay for themselves by catching issues before they become a major problem.

An A/C tune-up is relatively inexpensive. Without seeing and/or knowing the system we can’t give an exact estimate, reach out to us and we’d be happy to help.

It’s important to always keep the area around the condenser unit (the outdoor portion of your A/C system) clear of overgrowth, leaves, branches, and other debris.

Before an HVAC technician arrives you should create a clear path to the air conditioner/HVAC system so we can easily perform the diagnostic checks and maintenance. We will also need some space for our tools.

A trained technician will arrive and once shown the system, will begin diagnostic procedures.
